I needed flowers to be delivered the same day. I came across this company, called after 1pm to see if it was possible and they were quick to assure me they would be able to make and deliver today. They also called to make sure I was okay with switching out flowers that were not available today, which I appreciated. I got a call that they were trying to make the delivery, but could not locate the recipient. The gentleman trying to do the delivery was so kind and patient actually stayed on the phone with me for almost 10 minutes while I was able to clear up the mishap. I also really appreciated the picture the company sent me of the actual flower arrangement, so I could see just how beautiful they were. This company will be getting more orders from me. Thank you for such great customer service.
