Julian’s flowers were spectacular! My friend sent me a pic & the arrangement looks exactly what was advertised! I spoke to Kathy on the phone a couple of times & each time she couldn’t or been kinder or more helpful!! I highly recommend Julian’s Flowers in the Norfolk/Va Beach area. You won’t be disappointed!
